Proposition Development and Management Officer (1-Year contract)

CONTRACT

Responsibilities:

Assist the partnership development and relationship management efforts with our business partners
Plan and execute the day to day partnership activities that align with the long-term business objectives, drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences including but not limited to seminars, webinars, events, lead generation campaigns, and offers
Coordinate with business partners and internal stakeholders to support the design and execution of partnership initiatives
Assist to design the customer journey, agent journey and operational flows together with workgroup members to support the launch of business and partnership projects
Assist to act as the day-to-day contact point with internal functions like agency, lead , marketing, compliance, products, SHR, IT service management
Work with IT service management team, timely communicate the IT outrage to business partner
Perform data massage for regular business reporting to monitor the partnership’s effectiveness
Ad hoc lead status and policy issuance checking
Provide internal stakeholders with timely updates when necessary
Write business requirements and perform testing as a business user
Respond to ad hoc request from business partner and the team

Qualifications:

University graduate in business, marketing or related field
1 to 2 years of experience in business analysis or life insurance industry
Strong communication skill – written and spoken
Well organized, self-motivated and a good team player
Analytical, be able to visualize opportunities, issues and correlation from data
With insurance industry partnership development experience is an advantage
Experience working in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment is a plus
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua
