Corporate Secretary

Job Description:
Our Group of Entities based in Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong administrative and financial management capabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory rules in Hong Kong and facilitating the seamless transfer of registration and shareholder records from the previous Corporate Secretary.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage administrative and financial tasks efficiently and accurately.
*Ensure compliance with regulatory rules and corporate governance standards in Hong Kong.
*Coordinate closely with the previous Corporate Secretary to facilitate the transfer of registration and shareholder records smoothly.
*Prepare and file necessary corporate documents and reports.
*Schedule and organize board meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
*Oversee financial matters such as budget preparation, financial reporting, and treasury management.
*Act as a primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
*Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
*Proficient in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*In-depth knowledge of regulatory rules and corporate governance practices in Hong Kong.
*Proven experience in corporate secretarial duties and financial administration.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently and effectively.
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
*Must be currently residing in Hongkong.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience in handling registration and transfer of shareholder records.
*Familiarity with software tools for corporate secretarial and financial management.
*Prior experience in a similar role within the financial services or corporate sector.
