Ultra High- resolution 3D scanning, digitization, and bespoke archival solutions are some of the specific services Crozier’s affiliation with Iron Mountain affords.

We are seeking a Logistic Supervisor to join our team at Crozier, who is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's import and export logistics, as well as managing service providers relationships and controlling the cost of shipments. This role ensures efficient, on time, and cost-effective movement, handling for both local and overseas shipments.

What you will do:
Handle import and export customs documentations

Handle special clearance documents and procedures such as ATA Carnet, CITES permit

Lodge import and export declarations

Manage the bookings from Sales Team

Work with service providers to book shipments from Hong Kong to overseas (both airfreight and seafreight)

Obtain competitive rate from service providers

Arrange local transportation such as container haulage

Arrange local transit of import & export shipments between airport and warehouse

What you will bring to the role:
Proven team player with a track record of building relationships

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across several teams/departments

Strong work ethic with an ability to manage workload while efficiently and effectively prioritising responsibilities to meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Good attention to detail as well as ability to use initiative and quick, practical thinking in a demanding environment

Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills

Strategic thinker who is solutions-oriented and proactive in problem solving

Salesforce CRM experience an advantage, but not necessary.
