Customer Quality Manager - working in Hanoi

- Conduct due diligence on new account applications and documents for client onboarding, ensuring verification and compliance.
- Possess a thorough understanding of AML and KYC regulations and onboarding practices.
- Process corporate applications and assess corporate structures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and open new accounts within specified timeframes.
- Build effective relationships with key internal and external clients.
- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
- Proven track record in managing customer returns and complaints, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions
- Excellent knowledge and implementation experience of quality management systems and tools, such as QFD, FMEA, DOE, and others
- Familiarity with mechatronic products, such as printer products, is preferred
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
