Objective of the Position:
As a dedicated Customer Service Executive, you will utilize your expertise in customer service, problem-solving, and product knowledge to enhance customer engagement, exceed expectations, and drive business growth. By delivering tailored experiences and implementing strategic improvements based on customer feedback, you’ll play a key role in optimizing customer satisfaction.
Job Description:

Provide support to global customers in French/Spanish and English.
Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
Communicate with customers via email, live chat, and phone calls.
Offer product and service information, process returns and exchanges efficiently.
Conduct product quality inspections and order report checks, and complete ad hoc tasks assigned by managers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements:

A degree in any field is an advantage.
Excellent command of both spoken and written French/Spanish and English.
Proficiency in MS Office and Access.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred.
Willingness to work a 5-day shift schedule, including public holidays and weekends.
Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
Passion for fashion and beauty products.
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Experience tracking customer sentiment and feedback.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
