- 跟進有關公營機構查詢包括維修及帳單查詢
- 一般文書和資料輸入工作
- HKDSE/HKCEE或以上程度
- 一年或以上客戶服務工作經驗優先
- 良好中文及英文讀寫能力
- 中英文打字每分鐘35個字以上
