Our client is a listed insurance company. They are looking for Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Job Content:
- Answer general customer inquiries by phone and strive to provide satisfactory customer service.
- Appropriately handle customer complaints.
- Actively learn about the company's new products to facilitate daily work.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Higher Diploma level or above.
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in Insurance / Customer Service / hotline service (preferred)
- IIQE Paper 1, 3 are required
- Positive attitude and able to work under pressure
- Basic insurance knowledge would be definitely an advantage
- Strong problem solving skill and results oriented
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Advisor
- 透過電話解答客戶的一般查詢並致力提供客戶滿意的服務
- 恰當地處理客戶的投訴
- 積極學習公司新產品有關知識，促進日常工作的順利進行
- 根據經理的要求執行額外指定的工作
- 高級文憑程度或以上
- 最少一年客戶服務經驗
- 有禮，具備耐心同耐壓能力
- 能以流利廣東話、英文和普通話溝通
- 懂基本電腦操作
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
