Digital Project Supervisor

Iron Mountain is seeking for a Digital Project Supervisor with a proofing record in team management and project management experience. YOU will be monitoring the team's productivities to ensure a high standard of service deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on in the project operation and assist your superior to set up the production process.
- Supervise a team to manage the daily productivities and resources in order to meet the desired quality and targets.
- Corporate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operation of production.
- Provide regular production reports and incident reports when needed.
- Overall responsible for operations to be proceed in accordance with ISO manual.
- Diploma or above education qualification
- Team management experience is a must, additional advantage with Project Management experience
- knowledgeable with Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup)
- Possession of scanning knowledge and Software will be a plus
- Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, responsible, client-oriented, pleasant, cheerful, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good team player with excellent communication skills
- Good sense of time management and problem solving skills
- Good Command of English and Cantonese
- Welcome IANG visa applicant with relevant experience
