DMS Operator (Collateral Management)

The duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the followings:
- To monitor proper handling of title deeds, letters & documents received at reception counter
- To ensure accuracy on deeds checking, proper follow up for discrepancy / late return / late registration
- To ensure accuracy of collateral data update in loan system.
- To ensure proper filing and packing of title deeds / paid off loan documents, timely arrange deeds/document to warehouse for custody.
- To ensure completeness on handling the request of borrowing & copying of title deeds, make request through warehouse system to retrieve title deeds/document from warehouse, prepare the delivery list & copy of deeds/documents in accuracy.
- To ensure proper record all in / out warehouse request in Warehouse System and handover of deeds & documents with courier of Warehouse.
- To ensure proper follow up action taken (including letters, call, fax, email, letter to/from solicitor firms) for any request / enquiry / discrepancy related to deeds
- To ensure data accuracy and completeness of the job within SLA and submit performance report on monthly basis.
- To perform half-year reconciliation of title deeds record in loan system & Warehouse system.
- Preferably High Diploma Degree or above with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience in Retail Lending operation or Deed operation;
- Able to work under high pressure and complete the assigned tasks within the schedules;
- Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented;
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Possess strong risk awareness;
- Thorough MS Office knowledge and with a logical and analytical sense of mind;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese,
- Putonghua proficiency is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Contract renewal
Contract length: 12 months
