Job requirement

A bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; and

Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in thee HKDSEE or in the HKCEE, or equivalent;

Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English;

Proficiency in the application of common business software (including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point) as well as Chinese and English word processing; and

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and good organsational skills.

Job duties

To provide executive support for the implementation of the New Energy Transport Fund’s subsidy programmes, including: processing applications, compiling database, issuing official letters, processing payments, handling public enquiries, etc.

To provide executive support for a wide range of executive functions, including liaising with stakeholders for promoting the subsidy programmes, organizing publicity events / seminars to stakeholders, etc.; and

To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers of the EEB.
