- Liaise with internal departments, service providers and stakeholders for implementation of preset plans
- Prepare business correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting documents and minutes and analysis reports upon request
- Be responsible for scheduling and organizing meetings, providing administration and logistic support
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Degree holder in business-related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification executive and/or secretarial experience
- Solid project management skills and cross-departmental business exposure
- Self-motivated, attentive to details and resilient
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with high flexibility
- Team player with excellent organization skills and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
The appointee will work mainly in the Hong Kong Science Park and the Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin.
