Degree / Diploma holder in Electrical or Building Services Engineering with not less than 5 years’ relevant experience in consultant and site
Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker
Experience with Design & Build / MEP projects is a definite advantage
Knowledge in pricing and tendering/bidding of jobs is preferred
Familiar with design guidelines, standards, code of practice, statutory regulation, submission and approval procedures to relevant authorities
Good understanding of construction works
A Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer would be an advantage
Be adaptable and able to work independently and work under pressure, with minimum supervision and direction, coach of assistants, and Sub-contractors/Suppliers management
Initiative and good interpersonal skill
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, able to communicate with clients and consultants
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Engineer
