We, Solomon HR Solution is inviting the below talent for a Singapore based imaging solution company:

Sales Associate grade: 1-2 years of sales experience (Fresh Grad or no experience will be considered)

Location: Aberdeen / Peak

Working Hours: 9:30am to 6:30 pm (8 hours per day with one hour lunch)/ 10:30am to 8:30pm (8 hours per day with one hour lunch)

8 days off per month, 14 days Statutory Holiday, 11-15 days Annual Leave depends on grade,

good benefit plan

Package: Base Salary + incentive around HK$2.5K + $500 attendance allowance, annual discretionary bonus and long service bonus

Responsibilities

• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Capturing high-quality photos to preserve our guest's precious moments, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience
• Drive sales activities by effectively showcasing our products, highlighting their features, and promoting their benefits to customers
• Assisting with daily operations, including inventory processing, and maintaining a tidy and organized work environment
• Assist in preparing and submitting sales reports to track performance and provide valuable insights to management

Requirements

• Form 6 or above, proficient in Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communiction skills
• Flexibility to work in different locations
• Willingness to work on shift duty (Monday to Sunday, including public holidays)
• Working hours: 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour meal break

***Fresh graduates are welcome. More experience in the sales industry with supervisory level will be consider as Team Leader
