We are looking for a Host / Hostess - Hung Tong based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Host / Hostess, we rely on you to:
Greet and provide first welcoming impression to guests who visit the Restaurant
Handle guests' inquiries, reservations and requests
Understand guests' needs, personalize one's experience and offer extraordinary customer service
Handle large party booking and communicate with Marketing team for F&B promotion coordination

We are looking for someone who has:
Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
Minimun a year of related experience, preferably in the Hotel Industry
Well-organized, customer-oriented and outgoing team player
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
