We are looking for a Host / Hostess - Ming Pavilion / Petrus / Cafe TOO based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Host / Hostess, we rely on you to:
Greet and serve guests in a professional manner
Answer telephone enquiries, handle reservations and confirm daily booking
Responsible for table arrangement to ensure smooth restaurant operation
Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining guests' records in the system
Ensure adequate menus for all meal periods are in clean and presentable standard at all times
Assist to menu printing and related administration work
Perform any other duties or special projects as assigned by the supervisors

We are looking for someone who has:
1 year related restaurant experience is required
Experience in hotels & clubs
Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Knowledge and experience in using booking system is an advantage
