HR Operations Analyst (12 months contract)

Manulife Hong Kong is seeking an experienced HR Operations Analyst (12 months contract) to support the payroll activities. Ideally, we are looking for an independent & self motivated individual to come and join the team.

Position Responsibilities:

With knowledge of using HR System for employee personnel data management functions, preferably with experience of using Workday.
Handle internal administration works
Handle MPF administration, leave records, and taxation matters
Assist in ad hoc tasks / projects, if any

Required Qualifications:

1 year relevant working experience, preferably in MNC.
Well-versed in local Labor Ordinance and other HR regulatory requirements.
Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Able to work independently and under pressure
Proactive and effectiveness driven approach to get things done
Good written and spoken English, Putonghua is a plus
