Responsibilities
· Provide full spectrum HR & Administration supports including recruitment, attendance record and leave management, employment contract, monthly management reports
提供全方位的人力資源和行政支持，包括招聘，出勤記錄和休假管理，僱傭合同，每月管理報告
· Assist handling payroll calculation, MPF administration, taxation matters, employment contract preparation.
協助處理薪酬計算、強積金、稅務管理、員工合約的能力
· Assist handling claims, employees' compensation insurance administration and labor dispute
協助處理工傷個案丶勞工保險及勞資糾紛
· Supporting ad hoc projects as necessary
有需時要處理特別項目
Requirements
· Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
持有人力資源管理或相關學科的高級文憑或學士學位
· 1 years related working experiences in Human Resources, with experience of HR generalist role
1年以上人力資源工作經驗
· Conversant with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance or other employment-related legislations
熟悉香港勞工法例及相關條例
· Mature, self-motivated, independent and with strong analytical skills, flexible and detail-minded
成熟、主動、具獨立處事能力，強適應力及分析力、細心
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
良好人際關係技巧
· Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point and Words) and Chinese Word Processing
熟悉電腦操作，中文打字(倉頡/速成) 及文書處理
· Fresh Graduates are welcome歡迎應屆畢業生
· Immediate available is highly preferred
能即時上班者優先考慮
· Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
良好中英文書寫及語文能力
Work Location: Kwun Tong

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00
工作時間：星期一至五，09:00-18:00
