Reporting to the AP Talent Senior Manager, we are looking for a skilled Senior Officer to join our AP Talent team to support regional HR initiatives. You will be joining a growing dynamic team working with colleagues of diverse cultural background focusing on formulating and developing HR processes and procedures for Deloitte AP.

Work you'll do

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of a variety of regional talent management initiatives, such as the Talent Recognition Programme, Succession Planning Project, and other talent initiatives.
• Provide logistical support throughout the projects, monitor progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and identify potential areas for enhancement while actively participating in the implementation process.
• Assist in the modernisation of regional firm-base structures and contribute to organisational development initiatives.
• Support the annual performance management evaluation for Asia-Pacific employees by collaborating with the talent teams of regional firms. This includes responsibilities such as the preparation of working files, the administration of Share Point, and the assistance in the preparation of compensation proposals.
• Oversee the onboarding, offboarding, and movement of employees. Collaborate closely with the regional local talent team to guarantee that employees experience a seamless and expedited transition.
• Provide support for talent data analytics, which includes the consolidation of data and the maintenance of precise filing systems.
• Convert intricate talent data into Power Point presentations that are both plain and succinct, thereby effectively communicating insights to a wide range of stakeholders. Utilise data visualisation techniques to create presentations that effectively convey a narrative.

We are looking for someone with

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree in HR management or related business disciplines
Years of Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in a HR capacity in a MNC
Other Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment
• Proactive learner with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Have good people relationship skills, flexible, mature and confident
• Excellent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point
• Enjoy working with numbers and data
• Prior experience in talent data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.Excellent spoken and written English is a must and Chinese is desirable
