What You'll Do
Provide support and advise to line department on HR related matters and staff issues
Provide service to employee benefits and other related human resources service
Responsible to respond to issues and concerns of employees
Perform other operational duties and ad hoc projects as assigned What You'll Need
University graduate in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a sizable company
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Human Resources Executive (Talent & Partnership)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Flexible, multi-tasking, attention to details and able to work independently
A team player with high initiative, sound interpersonal skill and sensitivity
Analytical, results-oriented, customer focus and good project management skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
Familiar with AI & new technology is preferred
