Scope of Responsibilities:

• Act as service partner to provide operational and clerical HR support, including but not limited to onboarding, off-boarding, Employee movement management, benefit administration, document preparation, etc.

• Answering employee enquiries on HR matters and ensure timely delivery of HR services to HR team and all employees.

• Working Visa Management, including but not limited to new application, extension and termination.

• Participate in process standardization and improvement of the HR Shared Service Center.

• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

• Responsible for compiling and preparing HR reports and statistics.

• Continue to build rapports with HK and head quarter HR team on HR operating process and procedures.

• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial industry / recruitment firm.

• Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance.

• Able to work under fast-paced environment independently.

• Attention to details with high accuracy.

• A team player with proactive attitude and high sense of responsibility.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel & Word).

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).

• Immediately available is highly preferred.
