Our client is a fast-growing group with investment and funded to nurture the world's leading research institutes, startups and tech-driven enterprises, and is now seeking an IT Operations Manager (VIP support & Service Desk) (HKD45k – 55k) to join their growing team in HK.

Responsibilities:
Manage a small IT Support team for daily IT operations, support, administration and overall maintenance of systems operations & applications
Provide VIP support by phone or deskside for Desktop and Laptop related software and hardware to internal customers in an efficient and friendly manner
Oversee IT incidents and service requests from internal customers
Develop internal SLAs and KPIs on the IT operations
Manage the hardware and software inventory of the Bank
Prepare IT budget planning according to the hardware and software requirements
Take part in the development of the recovery and security plans, and perform DR drill tests on a regular basis
Identify the potential areas for service improvement, product enhancement and customer training
Support the delivery of IT projects in Hong Kong

Requirements :
At least 7 years of relevant experience in IT help desk support / IT Service Management/ IT Operations related position
Certification of Office 365, MCP, MCSE, Citrix or IT related is highly desirable
Basic awareness of ITIL
Sound knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Outlook, Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 10, Citrix, etc.
Good understanding of PC hardware, software, mobile devices, VC equipment and all related peripherals
Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, Mandarin with customer centric mindset
IT projects exposure
