Job Responsibilities:
Work under End-user Support team
Handle end-users’ enquiries, update the service information follow-up
Promoting IT Service to department, exploring their needs and expectation
Prepare survey to end-users and review the survey result with End-User Support team.

Requirements
Relevant working experience preferred;
Good communication skills with analytical mind;
A self-confident, customer-oriented, outgoing energetic team player with good learning attitude are preferred;
Mon-Fri 0900-1800, Working Location: Central / Mongkok
