What You will be Doing

Outdoor work to banks, government departments, etc.; responsible for document delivery and distribution
Arrange Tea & coffee service for management / visitor
Responsible for daily office administrative work, such as document binding, scanning and photocopying
arranging office and conference room equipment, moving materials and simple maintenance of office objects, etc
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Who is our Right Fit

Form 3 or above
At least 2 – 3 years relevant working experience
Good communication skills, proactive with high sense of responsibility, hardworking and punctual
Fluent in Cantonese
Basic knowledge of English
Immediate availability is preferred
