• Independently handle enquiries from public on government funding schemes via all available channels, i.e. hotline, email, whatsapp, one-on-one consultations, etc.,
• Logistics and on-site support on marketing and customer services projects (including prepare promotional materials, database management, data analysis, coordination of focus group meeting, etc.)
• Coordination of internal staff training, engagement activities and content management of internal communications channel
• Prepare draft on promotion collaterals for social media posts for online platform, events, and website content update
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks if necessary

• Diploma or above from any disciplines with 2 years' relevant experience in customer service, marketing or event management
• Knowledge of funding schemes application would be an advantage
• Well-versed in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of design software, e.g. Adobe Design Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
