• Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative work environment to support local SMEs and start-ups.

• Identify and address the needs of SMEs through regular interactions with industry associations and stakeholders; collaborate with HKPC's various functions to enhance support opportunities.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and government funding projects, including trade shows, seminars, and networking events to promote projects and engage partners.

• Stay informed about industry trends and leverage them for business growth and benefits for SMEs.

• Actively build new industry networks and strengthen collaborations with local, GBA, and global organizations to enhance support for SMEs and start-ups.

• Coordinate internal and external resources to manage high-impact industry programs and projects, ensuring performance outcomes are met.

• Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the overall mission.

• Bachelor degree or above from disciplines such as Business Administration, Management, Marketing Communications, Social Science, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in B2B client management, industry support, relations management, event management or sponsorship preferable
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and project and client relationship management skills with a visionary mindset
• Sound relationships with various industries, trade associations, professional institutes, and public bodies
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua
