Performing full range of legal administrative support to the Legal Department in Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines, Cyprus, and other jurisdictions as needed
-
Maintaining and ensuring safe keeping of legal documentation including but not limited to monthly / quarterly contract registers, trademark records and construction contracts registers
-
Liaising with professionals to prepare, manage, and administer periodic reports such as monthly bills reports & legal expenses reports and departmental budgets in all jurisdictions. Handle legal bills and review monthly financial reports and analysis prepared by Finance for Legal Department

Maintaining all library resources, templates, precedent and standard forms
-
Planning and meeting arrangements (including board meetings, committee meetings and annual general meetings)
-
Maintaining highly confidential information in an appropriate manner
-
Coordinating with team members to work as a team and provide support on any ad-hoc projects
-
Qualification and previous experience as legal assistant / legal secretary in a law firm or in house legal department preferred
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in sizable organization, preferably with multi-national companies

Excellent word processing skills and good skills in other computer programs (such as Power Point, Excel)

Good organizational and time management skills

Embrace a fast-paced working environment, able to work extra hours if needed and able to cope with changes and react immediately to instructions

Mature, pleasant with strong interpersonal skills
-
Excellent communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Detailed, accurate and ability to handle multiple time-sensitive priorities
