To cope with the Company’s rapid expansion in Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore, we are now looking for high caliber candidates to join our team.

Responsibilities:
prepare documents (including translation of English, Chinese and Japanese)

manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments

coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation

prepare and edit documents, correspondence and reports

handle incoming calls and emails, screening and prioritizing messages as necessary to report to Director, and

assist with personal tasks as needed, including managing personal schedules

Who we are looking for:
University degree in Business Management, Translation, or other related disciplines

with a least 2 years’ experience in secretarial and administration support role

fast response and possess a can-do attitude

work under pressure and with ability to multi- tasking

self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules

ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

excellent organizational and time-management skills

Proficient in spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N1) is a MUST

immediate availability is preferred
