Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support;
Compile, file and maintain documents, records and reports;
Provide full reception function;
Handle incoming calls and inquiries.

Requirements
DSE or above;
Minimum 1 year clerical experience;
Shipping support experience would be advantage;
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
Good command of English and Chinese;
Proactive, highly motivated, good interpersonal skills and good team player;
Patience, with good customer service skills;
Multi-tasking and able to work independently;
Immediate available is highly preferred.
