Job Duties:
Responsible for general administrative and clerical support, such as filing and recording documents; maintaining and updating database with systems and excel, etc.

Work closely with internal teams for quotations, contracts, and invoices

Partnering with internal HR for the team's leaves records and overtime verifications

Assist in updating the manpower rosters and the team's organisational structure

Conduct regular inventory control and to purchase for general office usage and uniforms

Arrange and to deliver festival gifts to clients and internal staff

Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:
DSE or above with 2 years of working experience in the Administration field

Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Good PC knowledge especially with MS Office

Capable of using different systems

Immediate Availability is highly preferred
