This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at MARAYA VOGUE LIMITED in Hong Kong SAR. The Operations Manager will be responsible for:
  • Traveling to meet clients and suppliers.
  • Acting as a translator and liaison between the Argentine design team and factories in China.
  • Coordinating shipments and logistics.
  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant operations software.
  • Previous experience in the fashion or manufacturing industry is a plus
