Operations Officer

  • Plan for capacity
  • Plan for subscription services
  • Plan and execute projects
  • Coordinate daily NGO operations
  • Provide assistance in business development and relationship support
  • Ensure all aspects of contract are met and develop & administer action plan for shortcomings
Requirements:
  • Work experience minimum: 3 years
  • University graduate
  • Passion in advocating for caregiver-employees welfare in Hong Kong
  • Good communication skills, independent and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word and Excel
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $13,615.36 - $30,242.27 per month
