Responsibilities:
Maintain shipment logs, prepare and handle shipping paperwork and documentation;
Rate, route and facilitate the movement of shipments with the service standards requested by the customers;
File the airway bill and manifest;
Input data for each air freight movement into the computer system;
Coordinate with warehouse co-workers to facilitate the movement of the freight including pallet arrangement and relevant paperwork;
Send pre-alert and relevant messages to appropriate parties;
Trace airway bill copies from sub-loaders;
Prepare invoice of consolidated shipment to various co-loading accounts;
Shift duty at night is required (Day / Overnight shift)

Requirements:
Form 5 standard or above
3 years working experience, preferably from airfreight forwarding industry
Holder of a valid Dangerous Goods Awareness Certificate preferred
Knowledge of Hong Kong Customs Regulations
Good command of English and Chinese
Accurate typing
Basic computer knowledge required to perform data entry, handle of email routine and access to intranets
