Job Responsibilities:
Operating and managing the pastry section of the kitchen and liaising with the Head Chef to ensure a successful working environment.

Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe.

Follow up the daily operation production and check the food storage

Assist in kitchen with food and pastry production

Support kitchen operations in general and sometimes in specified area

Make sure food quality and hygiene are maintained

Job Requirements:
At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry; experienced in pastries industry or in hotels is an advantage.

Good command of English and Cantonese

Able to work under pressure

Knowledge about food portion control and food cost

Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills
