We are looking for a talented individual who enjoys working at a refined restaurant environment and open kitchen surrounding.

Responsibilities:
Assist Pastry Chef for pastry duties

Plating

Mis-en-place

Maintaining cleanliness and professionalism in an open kitchen environment

Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of French pastry/bakery experience.

Holder of diploma or VTC certificate in culinary art.

Good knowledge of food processing methods.

Creative and quality-oriented Team player, working hard, good interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in speaking English, and Cantonese a plus but not required.

Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Hong Kong resident only.
