Medora is a casual dining restaurant led by Chef Vicky Cheng, the Michelin-starred chef-owner of VEA and WING. True to its name, the concept draws inspiration from his family, featuring dishes designed for sharing, with the aim of creating the perfect setting for all types of gatherings.

We are looking for a Part-time Dishwasher / Cleaner for covering the day off to our team member.

Shift : 10:00-21:00 or 13:00-24:00

Location : Sheung Wan

Payrate : 85/per hour

Responsibilities :
Carry out dishwashing and cleaning the restaurant including the toilet.

Adhering to ensure food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Requirements :
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations.

Able to enrol the MPF and file the taxation to IRD.

Hong Kong Citizen only.
