Medora is a casual dining restaurant led by Chef Vicky Cheng, the Michelin-starred chef-owner of VEA and WING. True to its name, the concept draws inspiration from his family, featuring dishes designed for sharing, with the aim of creating the perfect setting for all types of gatherings.

We are excited to announce the opening of our new restaurant MEDORA, LIZ & TORI in November 2024.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Receptionist to join our team to deliver a high-quality and unique dining experience and advance your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Managed the booking system by receiving and answering phone calls and arranging email bookings.

Greet and escort guests to give them a warm welcome.

Arrange daily seating plan, draw up guests’ bookings for tables, and ensure that tables are set before arrival.

Assist in daily service.

Communicate with other staff about guests’ bookings, needs and complaints.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the restaurant or cafe industry.

Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Good grooming, strong interpersonal skills, courteous, service-oriented with a pleasant personality.

Able to join immediately.

Hong Kong citizens only.
