Payroll Officer - AIA Carnival (Contract Role)
CONTRACT
November 4, 2024
Contract Duration: November 2024 to February 2025
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the recruitment process by providing reports on applications, entering data, and screening applications.
-Prepare employee salaries monthly using payroll software and collaborate with the HR team.
-Generate relevant reports from payroll software for management use.
-Enter new employee data in the payroll database and ensure that any changes are updated promptly.
-Ensure timely execution of payroll processes and suggest improvements as needed.
-Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide updated reports to the Manager.
-Assist the Payroll Manager with assigned tasks within the HR Department.
-Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
-At least 1 year of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or payroll.
-Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
-Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
-Flexibility to work outside of office hours as needed for the event.
-Quick learner, proactive in asking questions and learning on the job.
