Remittance & Deposit Operation Associate-International Corporate & Private Bank

Responsibilities


  • Handle inward and outward remittances, cheque clearing processing & cheque collection request.
  • Perform client’s banking instructions on deposit & cash operation (i.e. New deposit, deposit rollover, cashier’s order, draft & cash services, issue bank reference letter etc)
  • Perform sanctions & AML checking (OFAC) on SWIFT payments.
  • Monitor overdraft account’s interest rate.
  • Conduct call-back with customer for funds transfer with large amount or fax instructions.
  • Handle customer’s enquiry by phone / email.
  • Handle returned mail services.


Requirements


  • Diploma or above
  • 3 years + remittance & deposit operation in a banking environment
  • Strong understanding on banking operation
  • Prior private & corporate banking experience would be highly preferable
  • Good problem-solving & communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken Mandarin would be an advantage
