Project Title: The Narrative Study on the Dialogical Records between Confucius and the
Ancients in the Excavated Chu Bamboo Slips (GRF)

[Appointment Period: 9 months]

The appointee will be responsible for supporting the captioned research project. He/She will be
responsible for conducting literature review, research data collection and analysis, drafting research
proposals and reports, and performing any other duties assigned by the Project Leader The
appointment will be for a period of around 9 months.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese Language, Chinese Literature, Chinese
Culture, or a related discipline. Applicants should be highly proficient in both English and Chinese
(Cantonese and Putonghua). He/ She should also be a good team player, attentive to details, highly
self-motivated and able to work under strict timelines. Immediate availability is preferred.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include contract-end
