Daily Operation
  • Provide a full range of secretarial, administrative & clerical supports to Head of Retail Operations and the team
  • Prepare reports on sales analysis and operational issues for management review
  • Handling shop maintenance, e.g. fax machine, telephone, lighting, etc.
  • Monitor the performance of sales by store to improve the KPI factors
  • Co-ordinate with different office teams and acts as one of the main contact points between office and stores
  • Coordinate with internal parties to ensure VM POSM order quantity and logistic arrangement
Store Project
  • New shop opening, closing, renovation and relocation arrangements
  • Organize the backend follow up after approved new project such as quotations, drawing revision copies, and act as the key contact person between company & vendors/shopping malls
  • Contract Renew follow up between Company & Landlords
Administration
  • Provide back-office support in order fulfillment for all retail stores and concessions in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Handle data input into various systems and ensure proper record maintenance in an accurate and timely manner
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
