YOUR TASKS

Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok

Provide quality sales services to all internal and external customers
Support sales activities, handle customer enquiries, account data change and maintenance, prepare sales documentation, contract, quotation, business letters and promotional materials etc..
Handle inbound call and outbound call tasks, and research suspects from internet, as assigned by the manager
Handle administrative and operational tasks for the department, coordinate team activities, and generate management reports, prepare meeting materials and business data
Assistance to manager in monitoring process, gatekeeper, and supporting Team’s business programs or projects, business promotion activities as assigned

YOUR PROFILE

Post-secondary education with English passed in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
Good spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS office applications, Excel, Powerpoint, and use of popular social media, and on-line communication tools.
Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
Self-motivated, customer focused and able to work under pressure
