YOUR TASKS
Reporting to the Program Manager, Service Management, you will be responsible for providing technical support in IT infrastructure to ensure the functionality and accessibility in DHL local office and remote sites.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the design and implementation of system architecture meeting the needs of company.
- Manage and provide support for IT infrastructure facilities including server rooms, network devices, appliances, storages, etc
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement application solution on cloud platform by using Dev Ops approach.
- Collaborate with Global / Regional IT on project / system deployment that align to the standards.
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure the network, hardware and data security
- Manage vendors’ service quality / performance comply with GSOP as well as local policies and regulations
- Prepare and retain documentations for IT process, technical document, user training document, etc
- Keep track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in IT system or infrastructure administrator role managing a complex and global IT environment.
- Familiar with IT infrastructure, Cloud services, server, database and middleware support and maintenance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory Services, Cloud infrastructure, Linux, Virtualization.
- Knowledge of Cloud computing such as Azure, AWS, GCP.
- Proficient in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Power Shell, Python, Bash) for cloud automation and infrastructure as code (Ia C) implementation is a plus.
- Proficient in ITIL and other IT service management frameworks is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, good interpersonal skills, able to work independently or in a team.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
