Main Responsibilities
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial, financial and administrative support to doctors;
- Arrange and coordinate appointments, meetings and clinical consultations;
- Attend meetings with doctors and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, postgraduate students and patients to ensure all tasks are on track;
- Prepare and draft correspondences, reports, minutes, meeting material, agenda and presentations with a high level of attention to details;
- Provide support to clinical fellowship programme, visits from overseas professors and research grant applications;
- Manage doctors’ emails, and answer and screen phone calls; and
- Handle travel arrangements for business trips, including flights, hotel & accommodation, itinerary planning and visa application.
- A higher diploma or above;
- At least 3 years’ relevant work experience;
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality;
- Strong multitasking skills and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines; and
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including both Cantonese and Putonghua)
What We Offer
The appointment will be made on fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.
