Job requirement

(a) Hold a Bachelor Degree in journalism, marketing, public relations or design from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;

(b) Specialise in public relations, media communications, web design, user interface and internet applications;

(c) Possess not less than ten years' post-qualification experience of communication and marketing in Hong Kong, with at least five years' experience at position of managerial level; and

(d) Have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.

Job duties

(a) Leading a team to plan, monitor and supervise the public relations and communications tasks;

(b) Performing project management duties including co-ordination of media- related matters, the administration of contracts and consultancy agreements;

(c) Providing advice on public relations and communications-related issues;

(d) Undertaking managerial-related duties.
