Responsibilities：

Evaluate aircraft technical specification, STC, and modification status to ensure the aircraft meets HKCAD requirements and aligns with HKA's existing fleet
Liaise with internal departments in terms of aircraft configuration to ensure it meets the operational requirements
Participate in the aircraft technical terms negotiation during the LOI & Lease Agreement
Deliver particular requirements in terms of the aircraft usage limitations following the agreement terms during the lease period
Interface with HKA internally and externally in terms of technical communications during the lease period
Monitor the redelivery condition and raise potential contract terms for non-compliant items
Raise the reimbursements regarding the maintenance reserves and perform aircraft return delivery checks, on-site monitoring, and coordinating
Run out of aircraft utilization monthly and provide the monthly utilization report to the Lessor
Perform other duties or projects as assigned by management

Requirements：

At least 8 years of experience working in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or an equivalent field
Degree in Engineering, or a relevant discipline
HKCAD Aircraft Maintenance License or CAAC Civil Aircraft Maintenance Personnel License or equivalent
Familiarity with Hong Kong C of A requirement
Sufficient training, skill, and experience for the type of activities sought
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to take responsibility, make decisions, be well organized, and prioritize effectively
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Flexible and adaptable, willing to work on different projects
Willingness to travel when required
Effective team player
Able to work in Hong Kong or Mainland China
