Senior Manager-IT PMO & Performance Management

- Oversee the planning, management, and governance for financial performance of both project and Business as Usual (BAU) operation for
- Information Technology Services Department, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the Corporation
- Implement robust checks & balances and financial control to ensure related risks are effectively identified and appropriate measures for cost optimization and efficiency improvement are in place
- Establish a project governance and assurance governance framework to ensure quality, on-programme and on-budget deliverables
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure performance tracking and financial management align with corporate standards and policies
- Conduct monitoring and analysis, prepare regular reports and make appropriate recommendations to facilitate senior management’s discussion and decision making
- Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting or a related discipline
- Possession of a recognised and relevant professional qualification, such as PMP/PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, are highly preferred
- A minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience, of which 4 years should be at managerial level
- Proven track record in IT cost governance, internal control and assurance for both project and BAU activities
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of key financial metrics for IT projects and system development lifecycle
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as good stakeholder management skills
- Strong command of both written and spoken English with good written, presentation and influencing skills
