Our Client Overview:
Our client is a leading company that supplies some of the largest retail groups across Europe, North America, and Asia. Headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices and production facilities throughout China, they specialize in producing a wide range of products, including board games, kids’ action games, battery-operated games, arcade and carnival games, licensed games, tabletop games, sports games, game tables, poker and casino games, and puzzles. As the company continues to grow rapidly, they are seeking talented, innovative, and creative individuals to join their team.
Responsibilities:

Design and develop a variety of tabletop games, action games, board games, and related products for inclusion in their own brand, licensed ranges, and private label collections.
Collaborate with various stakeholders through all stages of product development, from concept and idea sketching to presentations, modeling, and final production.
Conduct market research as needed to determine the best design configurations and optimize product positioning.
Analyze and keep up with new market trends, consumer preferences, and retailer demands.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Industrial, Product, or Toy Design.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in toy design.
Experience with mechanical or structural design.
Proficiency in hand-sketching, rendering, and drafting techniques.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including plastic, battery-operated, wooden, and cardboard toys. Knowledge of mold mechanisms is an advantage.
Skilled in design software such as Illustrator and Photoshop, and 3D software like Rhino 4, Solid Works, or 3DMax.
Strong presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. High proficiency in English is required due to frequent interaction with Western stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
