Responsibilities
Act as a department head to supervise a team of professional engineers and building maintenance staff to deliver technical services for a portfolio of premium commercial and office/residential buildings to the highest standard
Lead and initiate various strategic plans in Building Maintenance and Facilities Management as well as Energy Management
Recommend maintenance / facilities enhancement strategies with good client relationship, monitor contractors’ works, budget control and ensure all the works are complied with the ordinance, guidance and regulations
Requirements

Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
Possession of membership of HKIE/IMech/CIBSE/BSOMES or equivalent is advantage
10 years or above relevant experience of which at least 7 years in managerial level of building maintenance and property management and/or Facilities Management
Sound knowledge of current legislations and best practices on E&M / facilities management / Energy Management, building services and other requirements related to building management
Good supervising, communication and interpersonal skills with can-do attitude
Can work under pressure to meet tight deadline
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technical Manager
