Location: On-site, Hong Kong

Perform regular visual inspection on MVAC, Plumbing and drainage, Lift, Fire Services,

and the electrical and ELV systems;

Maintain records of incidents of malfunction;

Report faults to Facility Manager / Business Manager and arrange repairs and

maintenance as appropriate;

Complete all maintenance in accordance with the maintenance plan and submit the

maintenance checklist on time;

Attend / monitor contractor’s works assigned by Facility Manager/ Facility Officer;

Carry out safety precautions at all times;

Perform other technical tasks as assigned.
