Position Summary
Provides professional service to Lacoste apparels’ product quality on Lacoste performance requirements, as well as customer expectations, throughout the production and product cycle. Keep track on latest global regulations to ensure the compliance of all products to different countries. Working closely and alignment with suppliers of all tiers and headquarter. Identify issues and provide professional advises on continuous improvement projects.

Job Responsibilities
Analyze test results, identify quality issues and suggest corrective actions
Work closely with product development team and production team to address quality concerns since early development stage, and quality validation of bulk production products
Provide training and guidance to suppliers on Lacoste Quality Assurance requirements and process
Maintain comprehensive quality records and documentations for product compliance
Stay up to date with industry quality standards, regulations and best practices
Collaborate with 3rd party testing laboratory
Develop and implement quality related policies, procedures and quality assurance plans
Continuous improvement on improving Lacoste quality systems and processes based on business needs

Requirements
Degree holder in quality assurance, textiles or related technical disciplines
At least 8 years working experience preferably from garment industry or buying office
Extensive knowledge of textile and garment industry quality standards, testing procedures, and compliance regulations
Solid technical understanding on fabrics, trims and garment construction
Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, with critical thinking and ability to make decisions
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross functional teams
Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated
Attention to details, able to identify and solve quality issues
Occasional travel is required
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Well versed with in Microsoft Office. Advanced level in Microsoft Excel is an advantage
